LittleDreamBags.com respects all of our client’s right to privacy and will not share or sell any of your personal information to anyone outside of our company. We only collect your information for purchasing process in order to insure that your products are shipped to the correct location in a timely manner.

Ordering
You can place an order on our website 24/7, 365 days a year. You may also contact us by e-mail or call us at 646-773-0550 Monday – Saturday 9am – 8pm CST. Please allow up to 24 hours for e-mail response.

LittleDreamBags.com guarantees product quality, since these are custom products, please make sure that all your selections are correct before finalizing your order. Since color of embroidery thread may vary, please be flexible and trust LittleDreamBags.com when ordering your products. We will do our best to match the exact color of your choice.

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Queens, New York. We ship priority US mail. Please allow 3 – 7 business days for construction before delivery.

For shipping outside of the U.S. continental, please e-mail us for a more specific price. We are happy to serve all of our customers in any possible location.

Cancellations/Return
Cancelled orders will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% or $5, whichever is higher.

Please inform us within 10 days of receipt of your order if there are any issues with your products. Returns are accepted on products within 10 days of receipt for products that have not been worn, altered or washed.

There are no returns or exchanges on items that have been custom made or personalized.

All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, free from any defect. We will not accept any returns if the item has been used or damaged for any reason.

PayPal Users
Since PayPal may take a few days to clear your payment, this may prevent us from confirming the receipt of payment. We are not responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment clears. Please be advised that orders of $100 or more paid for via PayPal must be shipped to an address that the PayPal system lists as being CONFIRMED. Please note that this is separate from verifying your account. You are able to confirm your address by logging into your PayPal account, going into the Profile Summary area, selecting Street Address, and then by clicking on the Confirm button on the bottom of the page. PayPal's confirmation procedures may change, so if you have questions, please contact PayPal.

E-Mail
Some e-mail providers have strict rules in place to prevent unwanted e-mails from being delivered to your mailboxes of its subscribers. Unfortunately, their default filter settings can prevent their subscribers from receiving important emails regarding their online purchases. We at the LittleDreamBags.com are not responsible for order delays caused by your e-mail filters preventing our e-mails from reaching you. We encourage you to please adjust your spam filter settings so that you can receive e-mails from our info@littledreambags.com e-mail addresses.
